Renting is easy. Book a stylist appointment at our Central showroom and select up to 6 dresses to try. Our showroom stylists will be on hand to help with fit, styling and accessories, and to guide you towards the right look for your occasion. A HK$200 appointment credit is required per stylist appointment. It never expires and can be used toward rentals or purchases. HK$200 appointment credit is waived for eligible VIP bookings. Existing Prêt-à-Dress Credit cannot be used to book stylist appointments.

Select your rental start & return dates as needed, you can rent for 4-Day or 8-Day…… We recommend you book for delivery arrival 1-2 days before your event date. Alternatively, there is also the option of self-pickup from our Central showroom on the rental start day.

On the rental start day, your rental will be delivered by courier to your home, office, or any designated address as you instructed.

On the rental return day, simply put all items back in our Packaging Box as delivered. Use the provided free-return to Prêt-à-Dress courier form, and schedule for a courier pickup from the designated address, before 12noon. As you may wish, you can also choose to drop off the package at our Central showroom.

We take care of dry cleaning & general maintenance, using professional laundries, after every rental to ensure the best condition of all our collections.

If you need to change or cancel a rental order, submit your request through My Account > Order History. At least 3 full calendar days’ notice before the rental start date is required to avoid a handling fee. Requests made after the deadline but before the rental start date are subject to a HK$200 handling fee. No changes or cancellations are accepted on the rental start date. Approved cancellation amounts are issued as Prêt-à-Dress Credit only, never as cash or card refunds. Credits never expire and may be used toward rentals or purchases, but not stylist appointment bookings.
